Commission by plan
Every plan pays the same way: a commission per payment, no monthly fee. The refundable security deposit is what unlocks the wallet and PayPal routes after review, and it caps each withdrawal request.
| Plan | Security deposit | Commission | Payment methods | Per withdrawal request |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free Plan | None | 20% | Cash App (via Lightning), crypto no application | Full balance |
| Premium Plan | $1,000 | 20% | Cash App, crypto + Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal after review | Up to the deposit |
| Platinum Plan | $2,000 | 20% | Cash App, crypto + Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal after review | Up to the deposit |
| Gold Plan | $10,000 | 20% | Cash App, crypto + Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal after review | Up to the deposit |
| Diamond Plan | $50,000 | 19% | Cash App, crypto + Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal after review | Up to the deposit |
- Free Plan
- Cash App (via Lightning) and crypto, no application. Each withdrawal request can be the full balance.
- Plans with a deposit
- Cash App and crypto, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal after review and a $10.00 identity check. Each withdrawal request is capped at the deposit.
The commission is taken from each payment when it is credited to your balance. For example, a $100 payment at a 20% commission credits $80.00, minus the deposit fee for the payment method. Standard withdrawals have no PD CASH withdrawal fee. A few plans and accounts carry a different rate, and the commission taken on each payment is shown in that payment's details on your Transactions page.
Where the security deposit goes, and when it comes back
Refundable
It is not a fee. It is held for you by the channel partner, unlocks the wallet and PayPal routes after review, caps each withdrawal request, covers disputes, and is returned on closure less any itemised deductions.
- You pay it
$1,000 on Premium, from your balance or with the upgrade. Moving between plans carries no fee.
- Held by the channel partner
Not by PD CASH. After review it unlocks Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, and each withdrawal request is capped at the deposit.
Refundable - Covers disputes
Kept for at least 180 days after your last disputable payment. Deductions can be made for chargebacks, dispute losses, negative balances, fines and amounts owed.
- Returned on closure
In Good Standing, release is instructed within 5 business days after the window closes and the eligible return is processed within 30 business days. Full return is not guaranteed. Refund policy §3
A downgrade does not release the deposit automatically; funds may stay reserved for future disputes and outstanding liabilities. A rolling reserve, where one applies, is separate from the deposit.
Deposit fee (per payment)
From $0
Each customer payment (a deposit to your balance) carries a fee that depends on the payment method used: $0 on on-chain crypto, $0.50 on Lightning and Cash App, and up to 2% + $0.50 on wallet and PayPal routes. The fee is deducted from the payment before it is credited to your balance. It is separate from your plan security deposit.
The fee for each method is listed on the Fees page inside your account, and shown before any payment.
Dispute fee
$30
$30.00 for each payment dispute recorded against your account, in addition to the disputed amount. Customer disputes are automatically accepted in the customer’s favour under our merchant policy; PD CASH does not offer merchants a process to contest the claim.
Reserves, payment holds and gateway restrictions
Per account
Your balance is not one number. Part of it is available to withdraw, part can be held or reserved, and the security deposit sits outside it altogether. Illustrative figures; your account notice shows the actual scope and release dates.
- Available can be requested as a withdrawal, subject to the withdrawal rules
- On hold net credit from affected payments, released on the scheduled dates
- Rolling reserve account-specific percentage and holding period
- Security deposit held by the channel partner, not part of your balance
- Available
- $1,240.00
- On hold release 14 Nov
- $380.00
- Rolling reserve per account terms
- $210.00
- Security deposit with channel partner
- $1,000
A hold release moves funds to Available; it does not send a payout.
Reserves, holds, gateway restrictions and abuse: the full rules
Rolling reserves. Any applicable reserve terms are set for your plan, business type and risk assessment. The percentage, holding period and release conditions are account-specific. A rolling reserve is separate from your plan security deposit; there is no universal 5–10% reserve or 1–7-day hold promise.
Sudden incoming-payment holds. PD CASH may impose a temporary hold while you are already processing payments, including when disputes involving suspected stolen payment details or fraudulent activity raise the risk. The full net credit from affected incoming payments can be held for the specified number of days. Depending on the restriction, existing balances and pending withdrawals may also be affected. Check your account notice for the scope and scheduled releases; ask support if a condition is unclear.
Merchant reputation and gateways. Payment history and dispute exposure inform our risk controls. Particular gateways may be restricted or temporarily suspended. Subsequent payments that develop a clean record may support recovery over time; an individual successful payment does not guarantee immediate restoration.
An item-not-as-described, damaged-item or duplicate-payment dispute does not by itself prove fraud. Such disputes can still appear in dispute ratios and affect risk review, and any applicable dispute amount and fees remain payable. You can request a human review of an account restriction or a record error. This is not a way to contest the customer’s dispute.
Abuse and illegal activity. Repeated abuse, fraudulent conduct or illegal activity is not tolerated and may lead to a plan downgrade with notice, gateway restrictions, suspension or termination. A downgrade does not automatically release the security deposit: funds may remain reserved for future disputes and outstanding liabilities under the deposit-return conditions.
A hold release makes funds available in your balance; it does not send a payout. Withdrawal eligibility, review and network processing still apply. See the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

Pricing questions
How much does PD CASH charge?
There is no subscription fee. Withdrawals have no PD CASH fee; withdrawals are paid in USDT (TRC20) and network costs may apply. PD CASH takes a commission from each payment when it is credited to your balance: 20% on the Free Plan, 20% on the Premium Plan, 20% on the Platinum Plan, 20% on the Gold Plan, 19% on the Diamond Plan. Each payment also carries a deposit fee for its payment method: $0 on on-chain crypto, $0.50 on Lightning and Cash App, and up to 2% + $0.50 on wallet and PayPal routes. A $30.00 fee applies to each dispute. A paid plan application includes a $10.00 identity check, which is not refunded and covers several attempts.
What is the security deposit, and is it a reserve?
Paid plans take an initial, refundable security deposit ($1,000 on Premium Plan, $2,000 on Platinum Plan, $10,000 on Gold Plan, $50,000 on Diamond Plan). It is held by the approving channel partner, not charged as a fee, and it sets how much you can take out in one withdrawal. Additional security may be required after a risk review. It is separate from any rolling reserve or temporary payment hold. Return requires account closure in good standing, the applicable 180-day waiting period and resolution of outstanding liabilities. The deposit remains available for future disputes for at least 180 days after your latest successful disputable payment. Your closure return date can be later. The eligible amount is credited to your PD CASH balance; you then request a withdrawal. Itemised deductions may apply. The Free Plan needs no deposit.
How often can I withdraw, and how much?
The standard plan reference is one withdrawal request every 24 hours, from a $100 minimum. Your account cooldown, available balance and restrictions determine when you can request it. On the Free Plan you can withdraw your available balance; on paid plans each withdrawal can be up to the amount of your security deposit. A request interval is not an arrival-time promise. Review, provider processing and network confirmation follow submission. Standard withdrawals have no PD CASH fee; network and conversion costs may apply.
How are disputes charged?
Customer disputes are automatically accepted in the customer’s favour under our merchant policy, without a merchant challenge or representment process through PD CASH. The disputed amount is deducted from your balance and a $30.00 dispute fee is added.
Can I accept Visa or Mastercard directly?
PD CASH does not offer direct credit or debit card acquiring. Some approved wallet or provider methods may be funded by a card. Availability depends on your business, country and account approval; choosing a paid plan does not itself enable Visa or Mastercard processing.
Do you publish approval rates or promise onboarding times?
We do not promise an approval rate, fixed KYC review time or guaranteed payment acceptance. Outcomes depend on the business, documents, provider, issuer, region and transaction. Ask support about the methods currently available for your business before committing to a paid plan.
Does it cost anything to change plans?
Moving between plans carries no fee, including an upgrade or a security deposit paid from your balance. A paid plan application includes a $10.00 identity check, which is not refunded and covers several attempts.
