Refund Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Effective: October 3, 2026.

Important Notice

PD CASH charges no subscription fee, no monthly fee, and no setup fee for any plan. The fees PD CASH does charge are a commission, a deposit fee that depends on the payment method, and a dispute fee, as set out in Section 5 of the Terms of Service. The commission is taken from each payment when it is credited to your balance and is non-refundable, except where a payment is credited in error because of a routing error on our side. There is no withdrawal fee, apart from the payout-method fee on a withdrawal gateway. The security deposit on paid plans is not a fee and is refundable under Section 3.

Yes, conditionally

The deposit is not a fee. It is eligible for conditional return on closure in Good Standing, 180 days after your closure request or last processed transaction (whichever is later), less itemised deductions. Full return is not guaranteed. §3 · How to request it (§10)

No

Optional plugin purchases, such as API credits or a plugin licence, are final and non-refundable. Auto-renewing plugins can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid. §6

No

Customer disputes are accepted in the customer's favour under PD CASH policy. The disputed amount and the dispute fee are charged to you, and the commission on that payment stays final. §8

Depends on the cause

If the failure is attributable to you (wrong wallet address or network, a destination that rejects the payment), any third-party recovery cost is passed on. If it fails at the channel partner, network or your receiving institution, the claim is handled under §4. §4

Yes

Where a payment is credited in error because of a routing error on our side, we correct the record and refund any PD CASH commission taken on the affected amount. §5 · How to request it (§10)

Summary only. The sections below and the Terms of Service govern.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains what PD CASH charges, what is refundable, and what is not. By using our Platform you acknowledge and agree to this Policy in its entirety. It should be read with the Terms of Service, which govern fees, deposits, and termination.

2. What PD CASH Charges

  • No subscription fee, monthly fee, annual fee, setup fee, or onboarding fee applies on any plan.
  • A deposit fee applies to each deposit. It depends on the payment method used, is shown on the Fees page, and is deducted from the deposit.
  • A commission, set by your plan as a percentage of each customer payment, is taken when the payment is credited to your balance. For example, a $100 payment at a 20% commission credits $80, less the deposit fee. Some plans above Premium carry a lower rate, and an account-specific rate can apply instead. There is no withdrawal fee. A payout-method fee applies when you send funds through a withdrawal gateway, as shown before you confirm.
  • A dispute fee is charged for each payment dispute recorded against your account, in addition to the disputed amount (see Sections 8 and 9).
  • The security deposit on paid plans ($1,000 on the Premium Plan; higher plans as shown on the Pricing page) is not a fee. It is forwarded in full to the licensed Channel Partner and is refundable under Section 3.
  • Network, blockchain, and Channel Partner costs are set by third parties, passed through at cost, and not retained by PD CASH. They are separate from the PD CASH fees above and are not refundable by us.

Because plans have no subscription, there is nothing to pro-rate, cancel, or claim back on plan changes. Moving between plans carries no fee in either direction, including a plan upgrade or security deposit paid from your PD CASH balance.

3. Security Deposits

The Premium Plan requires a refundable deposit of $1,000, and each higher plan requires the refundable deposit shown on the Pricing page (pd.cash/pricing). It is refunded as follows:

  • The deposit is eligible for conditional return on closure of the account in Good Standing, after the waiting period and less any itemised deduction; full return is not guaranteed.
  • Deductions may be made for outstanding chargebacks, dispute losses, negative balances, network or partner fines, and amounts owed under the Terms of Service.
  • The security deposit is retained to cover future disputes for at least 180 days after your latest successful payment that can be disputed. Under the current account-closure process, the return date is 180 days after your closure request or your last processed transaction, whichever is later. The date shown in your account is the earliest eligibility date; release still requires Good Standing and no unresolved liabilities or investigation.
  • Release is instructed to the Channel Partner within 5 business days after the window closes and the release conditions are met. The eligible deposit return is processed within 30 business days of that instruction. These processing periods are separate from the external withdrawal you request after the credit becomes available.
  • Any deduction is itemised in writing. You have 60 days from the date of that statement to request an accounting review through the complaints process in the Terms of Service. This can correct administrative errors such as a duplicated debit; it does not allow you to contest the customer’s payment-dispute claim.
  • The eligible amount is credited to your PD CASH main balance first. You then request a normal withdrawal to the wallet saved on your account at that time, subject to withdrawal eligibility and any applicable restrictions. Closing your account does not automatically send an external payout or return the deposit to its original payment method.

PD CASH does not hold the deposit. It sits with the licensed Channel Partner. The return is recorded in your main balance before you request a withdrawal; actual receipt depends on withdrawal eligibility, processing and the receiving wallet or network. A downgrade does not trigger an immediate deposit return: the deposit remains available to cover future disputes and amounts owed under the release conditions above.

Security deposits, rolling reserves and temporary incoming-payment holds serve different purposes. Reserve percentages and release periods depend on the account-specific plan, business type, payment route and risk terms. A new fraud or stolen-payment concern may lead to a sudden hold of full credited incoming payments for a specified period, and may affect existing balances or pending withdrawals. A reserve or hold is not a fee or a promise of automatic refund on a fixed day; the applicable conditions in the Terms of Service still apply.

4. Commission

The commission is earned at the moment a payment is credited to your balance.

  • Once a payment has been credited, the commission taken on it is final and non-refundable.
  • The commission is not refunded because you later refund your own customer, receive a chargeback or dispute, close your account, or change plan. Customer payment disputes are automatically accepted in the customer’s favour under PD CASH policy; the disputed amount and applicable dispute fees are charged to the merchant (see Sections 8 and 9).
  • Where a payment is credited in error because of a routing error on our side, we correct the record and refund any commission taken on the affected amount (see Section 5).
  • Withdrawals carry no PD CASH fee, apart from the payout-method fee on a withdrawal gateway. Where a withdrawal fails for reasons attributable to you — a wrong wallet address or network, or a destination that rejects the payment — any recovery cost charged by a third party is passed on to you.
  • Where a withdrawal fails at the Channel Partner, the payment network, or your receiving institution, the claim belongs to that entity. We will supply references, timestamps, and evidence to help you pursue it.

5. Third-Party & Network Costs

Costs incurred outside PD CASH are not refundable by PD CASH:

  • Network and blockchain fees are consumed by the network at the moment of broadcast and cannot be recovered by anyone.
  • Costs charged by a Channel Partner or payment provider are governed by that entity’s own terms.
  • Failures, declines, or errors at a Channel Partner or payment provider do not entitle you to a refund from PD CASH. Direct such claims to that entity.

If a transaction fails because of a routing error on our side — not a partner decline or a partner-side failure — we will correct the record and, where a PD CASH fee was charged on the affected amount, refund it.

6. Optional Plugin Purchases

Where the Platform offers an optional plugin purchase, such as API credits or a plugin licence, that purchase is final and non-refundable under Section 5A of the Terms of Service. Some plugins renew monthly and automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the Auto-renew switch in your account; access then continues to the end of the period already paid. This section does not apply to the security deposit.

7. Service Credits

Where the Platform experiences downtime or degradation that materially affects your ability to route transactions, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a service credit. Service credits:

  • Are not cash refunds and cannot be withdrawn
  • May be applied against future PD CASH fees
  • Have no cash value and expire on account termination
  • Are determined solely at our discretion, and we do not offer a contractual service level agreement

8. Chargebacks Against Merchants

Because of the business types PD CASH supports, our merchant policy automatically accepts all customer payment disputes in the customer’s favour. We do not require the merchant’s approval or ask the merchant to defend the payment. Merchants cannot contest the customer’s claim or submit representment through PD CASH. The disputed amount and applicable dispute fees remain the merchant’s responsibility. This policy describes PD CASH’s handling of the claim; it does not guarantee a particular issuer or network decision, or immediate receipt of a refund by the customer. When a customer payment dispute or chargeback is recorded against a transaction routed through our Platform:

  • The disputed amount is the merchant’s responsibility and may be deducted from your available balance or your security deposit
  • The PD CASH dispute fee applies to each dispute, in addition to the chargeback amount, and additional dispute or administrative fees charged by the Channel Partner or network may apply
  • We do not refund chargeback amounts to merchants
  • You remain responsible for customer service, preventing further disputes and paying the disputed amounts and applicable fees
  • PD CASH accepts the customer’s claim without a merchant approval or defence process. There is no merchant contest or representment route through PD CASH
  • The Channel Partner and payment network carry out their own processing. PD CASH’s automatic acceptance does not confirm that the customer has already received a refund or guarantee an external processing deadline

9. How a Dispute Is Handled

  • Notification: we tell you in your dashboard, and by email where you have notifications enabled, as soon as a Channel Partner or network informs us that a dispute has been filed.
  • Automatic acceptance: customer payment disputes are accepted in the customer’s favour under PD CASH merchant policy, without requiring merchant agreement or asking the merchant to defend the payment.
  • No contest or representment: merchants cannot submit evidence to challenge the customer’s claim through PD CASH. Order, delivery or customer-communication records do not create a merchant defence or appeal route for the payment dispute.
  • Debit and fees: the disputed amount and applicable dispute fees are charged to the merchant and may be deducted from the available balance or security deposit. Funds may remain held while the partner or network completes processing.
  • External processing: automatic acceptance is PD CASH’s merchant policy. It does not determine the legal decision of an issuer or network, or guarantee that a customer refund has already completed; processing and receipt depend on the relevant provider and network.
  • Administrative review: contact support if you identify a record error, such as the same debit being recorded twice, or want an account risk restriction reviewed. This review is separate from the customer’s claim and cannot be used to contest it. The disputed amount, PD CASH dispute fee and applicable partner or network charges remain your responsibility.
  • Ratio monitoring: we monitor dispute ratios. An account exceeding a 1% chargeback ratio may be suspended, required to lodge an additional deposit, or have withdrawals withheld while payment disputes are processed or related liabilities remain outstanding. For routes subject to Merchant Reputation System controls, specific gateways may also be temporarily suspended. Item-not-as-described, damaged-item and duplicate-payment claims do not by themselves establish fraud, but recorded disputes can still affect dispute ratios and review. Fees and liability still apply. Review is limited to administrative record errors or account risk restrictions, not a challenge to the customer’s claim. Later settled payments with a clean record may improve the assessment over time, without guaranteeing automatic restoration.

10. Requesting a Refund

For an eligible refund — a security deposit return, or a commission refunded under Section 4 — please:

  • Contact our support team through the contact form: pd.cash/contact#contact-form
  • Provide your account email and the deposit, payment, or withdrawal reference, with the reason for the request
  • Expect acknowledgement within 2 business days
  • Allow the timing in Section 3 for a deposit refund, or 15 business days from approval for any other eligible refund

Summary

PD CASH charges no subscription or setup fee for any plan. The fees PD CASH charges are a commission, a deposit fee, and a dispute fee. The commission is earned when a payment is credited and is non-refundable except where a payment is credited in error because of a routing error on our side. There is no withdrawal fee, apart from the payout-method fee on a withdrawal gateway. The security deposit remains available for future disputes for at least 180 days after the latest successful payment that can be disputed, and remains subject to the later account-closure return date and release conditions in Section 3. The eligible amount is credited to your main balance before you request a normal withdrawal; deductions may reduce it and full return is not guaranteed. Third-party network and partner costs are passed through at cost and are not refundable by us.
